She worked in various NHS and private clinics in London including The Princess Grace Hospital, The Lister Hospital and Little Venice Pilates and Physiotherapy, before joining The London Sports Injury Clinic at 108 Medical Chambers.
She has further qualifications in acupuncture, pilates and hydrotherapy. She also has a special interest in treating problems associated with breast cancer treatments and surgeries. She has undertaken further qualifications in this field and works closely with the Consultant teams at both The London Breast Clinic and the London Breast Institute.
Farhana is passionate about restoring pain-free movement in patients and tackles problems within the joint and muscle systems using joint and soft tissue mobilisation, muscle energy techniques, specific exercise prescription and correction of movement dysfunctions. She looks at the patient holistically to find the root of the problem and aims to restore function as well as reduce the risk of the injury recurring.
In her spare time, Farhana tries to balance her love of food with keeping fit and enjoys travelling.
